...@ escuela de secondaria.

Yesterday, we started our first of four long clinic days at the hospital. Before that, we spent our last day at the schools with the Grades 7, 8, and 9 students, ages 14 to 16 year old.

Waiting to enter the den of 16 year olds.

Some paid attention. Some did not.

The crowd in the back of the classroom was particularly vocal.

Sam explaining to Regina (our translator) what to say.

The Grades 7 and 8 were more receptive...
and rushed to the classroom where we we completed the screenings.

There were more boys than girls in this school. Almost 4 to 1 ratio.

I had to get in the act as well.

The last of the group at the end of the day. We completed screening 90 children. Sam and I doing our "Ayeh pose".

Later that day, we walked over to the hospital to talk to the director to confirm our clinic days with them. On one of the offices, Shannon saw this interesting juxtaposition.
